a little bit about me...

I've been qualified since 2016, exploring various different fitness classes, methods of training and how to have fun whilst doing it! Before my fitness career happened, I graduated with a classical music degree and started up my own company from scratch (which still continues to this day under new management) playing violin and piano in my community as part of my profession. The pandemic brought several challenges to my musical business, so in 2021 I decided to move on and make fitness my full-time career.

 

Fitness is a huge part of my life; it makes me feel good on the outside and also is imperative to my own mental health. Running is my sport and I've been doing it since 2010 - you'll find me at parkrun every Saturday morning, but I frequently run half marathons and I ran the London Marathon in 2021, 2023 and again in 2024.

 

I also take part weekly Hyrox, pilates, aerial hoop and yoga classes as part of my own training. I did my first Hyrox solo women's race in Birmingham in October 2024.

I now teach and cover classes at several different gyms across Cheshire, I was incredibly fortunate to be offered a job as a fitness instructor at Jason Vale's stunning health retreats, Juicy Oasis and Juicy Mountain back in 2018 and I have been working there several weeks each year since.

I am based in Congleton and live a chilled out, plant-based lifestyle with my beautiful cat Bluebell. I also love to travel and hop on a plane as often as my schedule allows!
